Four steps. Passed the first time.

Nothing about this process is unusual. It is simply followed every time, which turns out to be the rare part.

Load Calculation
Before anything is quoted we calculate your actual service load per NEC 220. You find out what your panel can carry before you spend a dollar.

Permit & Plan
We pull the permit, coordinate with Seattle City Light or your utility, and schedule inspection. You never chase a jurisdiction.
III
Installation
Master electrician on every job. Circuits mapped, panel directory typed and laminated, work photographed before the walls close.
IV
Inspection
We meet the inspector on site. If something needs correcting, it's corrected the same day and you're not billed for it.

Timeline

What a typical project looks like.

Day 0
Site visit
One to two hours. We open the panel, trace what we can, and run the demand-load calculation on site.
Day 1–2
Written proposal
Fixed scope, fixed price, with the load calculation attached. No allowances, no placeholders.
Week 1
Permit filed
We file with your jurisdiction and schedule the utility disconnect where one is required.
Week 2–3
Installation
Master electrician on site the entire day. Circuits mapped and photographed before anything closes.
Same week
Inspection
We meet the inspector. Corrections are handled that day at our cost.
After
Documentation
Typed directory, photo set, permit sign-off, and warranty delivered as one package.
