Service 01

Panel · The foundation everything else depends on.

A Seattle home built before 1985 was wired for a fraction of what it carries today. We replace undersized services with a properly sized panel, coordinate the utility disconnect and reconnect, pull the permit, and meet the inspector ourselves.

Scope

  • 100A → 200A residential service upgrades
  • 400A services for large or multi-structure properties
  • Federal Pacific and Zinsco panel replacement
  • Meter base, mast, and service entrance replacement
  • Sub-panels for garages, ADUs, and shops
  • Whole-home surge protection

Questions we get

How long is the power off?
Most upgrades are a single day with a four to six hour outage window scheduled with the utility.
Do I need a 200A panel for an EV charger?
Not always. The load calculation decides. Plenty of 100A services carry a Level 2 charger with load management.

Ready to size it properly?

Call the direct line or request an on-site estimate. A master electrician runs the load calculation before anything is quoted.
