Seattle's pre-war housing stock is beautiful and often still carrying original knob-and-tube. We rewire it completely, routing through as few openings as the framing allows, and we document the work to the standard insurance carriers require.

Questions we get

Do we have to move out?: Almost never. We phase the work so at least part of the house stays energized every night.
Who patches the walls?: We coordinate patching with our plaster and drywall partners, or hand off cleanly to your contractor.
